Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. By using our service, you agree to follow the rules and responsibilities outlined here. They explain your rights, our rights, and how we handle things like privacy, payments, and usage limits

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. We agree to pay 100% of the agreed amount before the function.

2. In case of any damage to the property of Le Hem, the party will bear the cost as fixed by the Le Hem Management and will be settled by you before check out of the premise.

3. Flower decoration, Tentage & extra lighting would be provided by the Hotel and No outside vendor is allowed, settlement of the same shall be done with the Hotel.

4. Music/DJ in the halls and open area shall be permitted only up to 10:00 pm.

5. The food & beverage shall be served till 11:00 pm and the hall shall be vacated by 11:30 midnight

6. Band / Bagadas / Dhol / Fire Crackers shall not be allowed in the Hotel premises.

7. Band to be restricted to outside the hotel's boundary.

8. Government Taxes and services charges would be charged extra as applicable.

9. Hotel Le Hem reserves the rights of admission of persons entering hotel facilities.

10. In the unfortunate event that the client or their guest's behavior becomes indecent and unacceptable and causes embarrassment or discomfort to other (guests or hotel staff) the management of the hotel reserves the right to have the individual or individuals removed from the hotel premises.

11. Fire Arms/ Weapons are not allowed in the Hotel Premises.

12. Advance is Non Refundable and Non Adjustable under any circumstances

13. All disputes to be settled with in the Dehradun Jurisdiction.

14. No Cancellation is Possible for Rooms Booked with Banquet Functions.

15. Any change in number of pax will not be entertained 15 days prior to the date of function

16. Advance of atleast 30% of the total guaranteed amount to be deposited on the date of booking and will be adjusted in the total agreed amount on final day / function day / event day.
