Cancellation & Refund

Please read these points carefully. By using our service, you agree to follow the rules and responsibilities outlined here. They explain your rights, our rights, and how we handle things like privacy, payments, and usage limits

Advance Payment Policy
 

  • A non-refundable and non-adjustable advance payment of 30% of the total guaranteed amount is mandatory at the time of booking.

  • This advance will be adjusted against the final billing amount on the day of the function or event.

  • The remaining 70% must be paid before the event/function date to confirm the booking.
     

Cancellation Terms

  • No cancellations are allowed for room bookings made in conjunction with banquet or event functions.

  • The advance amount paid is strictly non-refundable and non-adjustable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

  • In the case of partial or full cancellation of the event, no amount will be refunded.

     

 Guest Count Changes

  • Any change in the number of guests (pax) must be informed at least 15 days prior to the event date.

  • No reductions or adjustments in guest count will be accepted within 15 days of the event.
     

Force Majeure & Unforeseen Events

  • Hotel Le Hem is not liable to offer any refund or compensation in case of cancellation due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or pandemic-related lockdowns.

  • Management may, at its discretion, offer rescheduling options based on availability and circumstances, but no monetary refunds shall be provided.
